By now, you may have received an Enrollment Form from American Water Resources (AWR) outlining a new, optional Water Line and Sewer Line Protection Program for Philadelphia homeowners. Many homeowners across Philadelphia are unaware of their responsibility to maintain and repair their water and sewer lines from their home to the main line. Service line repairs and replacement costs can run households thousands of dollars.
The program purportedly offers coverage that could potentially alleviate these substantial repairs and replacement costs. While the program is being offered by AWR, through a partnership with the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA), as a way to give homeowners peace of mind, SOSNA wants to give you, the residents of Graduate Hospital, an opportunity to hear more about the program and ask questions to AWR and the PEA.
Please join us for a community meeting on Monday, March 18, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Charles’ Senior Center at 1941 Christian Street for a presentation about the program and question/answer session.
