Getting to Know Graduate Hospital

Stretching from South Street to Washington Avenue, Broad Street to the Schuylkill River, the South of South neighborhood is a vibrant community, home to families and businesses alike. In true Philadelphia fashion, we are a neighborhood of row homes, with a history that dates back several hundred years. Most of Grad Hospital was built after the Civil War, between ~1880-1900.  The architecture is dominated by the Second Empire Style, which features cornice lines and the mansard roof.    Today, Grad Hospital continues to be a vibrant neighborhood with thriving economic corridors, access to public transportation, and wonderful neighbors.  It is centrally located to resources and amenities, and only blocks from the Schuylkill River Trail.
