South of South Neighborhood Association proudly serves the Graduate Hospital neighborhood. Our boundaries encompass everything from Broad St. to the Schuylkill River, between Washington Ave. and South St.

Review our Updated Bylaws
SOSNA last updated their Bylaws in 2010. As a best practice we have reviewed our Bylaws with an attorney and made changes as necessary to reflect our organization in current day. The Board has voted to approve these changes and now the membership, you!, need to vote to ratify the changes.
The updated bylaws are posted on this website effective May 16, 2025.

SOSNA will hold a Zoom meeting TONIGHT, Wednesday, June 4 from 6:30PM - 8:00PM where you can cast your vote to ratify the SOSNA Board approved changes to the bylaws.
How to Vote:
1) Log into the Zoom meeting using the link below. You will be asked to register before you can enter the meeting.

2) Once you are in the Zoom meeting your attendance will be recorded and you can access the voting sheet. A link to the voting sheet will be in the chat/message box.
3) Click on the link and answer the questions. You will be asked to fill in your first and last name, the address where you reside or where you own a business or property (so we can verify your eligibility). Then you will be asked "Do you support the updated SOSNA Bylaws?" Answer YES if you do and NO if you do not.
The last question is confirming you are a registered member. If you are not or you don't know, you can fill out our member registration via the link provided in the voting sheet or at the end of this email.
As long as you are an eligible member, your vote will be counted.
Finally, hit submit and your vote will be recorded!
4) Thank you for participating. You can now leave the meeting.
