SOSNA’s Bylaws set forth the basic operating structure of the organization. They define everything, from the number of board positions to how and when elections are held. Most importantly, the Bylaws help ensure that SOSNA operates openly and is ultimately accountable to the members. Members, particularly prospective Board Members, are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Bylaws.
