As part of South of South Neighborhood Association's Preservation Action Plan, SOSNA has partnered with the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia and Councilperson Kenyatta Johnson to nominate the Christian Street/Black Doctors Row Historic District to the Philadelphia Historical Commission (PHC). The proposed district is from Broad to 20th Streets on Christian Street.

NOTE: The historic district nomination will be subsequently reviewed by the Philadelphia Historical Commission (PHC) and they will hold two public meetings during which there will be further opportunities to provide further comments on the proposed district.
